Welcome to the Emotional Eating CARES Method Meditations.
This course is a gentle, supportive space designed to help you understand and transform the deeper emotional, nervous system, and subconscious patterns connected to emotional eating. Rather than fighting your body or relying on willpower alone, the CARES Method helps you build safety, self-awareness, regulation, empowerment, and self-trust from within.
Through guided meditations, hypnotherapy, energy healing principles, and compassionate reflection, you will begin creating a healthier relationship with food, emotions, and yourself. These meditations are intended to help you feel calmer, more connected, emotionally nourished, and empowered to make choices from a grounded and regulated state rather than survival patterns.
